Spitting of curdled milk in small amounts is normal in this age group. No need for any treatment... However if the volume spit out is more / weight gain is not occuring then you need to consult for medication.. Burping after feeding is a good habit.. Continue it.
Next Steps
Watch for weight gain

Hello, Here is a **clean, professional, two-paragraph answer**, short, warm, reassuring, and perfect for converting to a paid consult: --- What you’re describing is very typical for a 2-month-old. At this age, the valve between the stomach and food pipe is still immature, so babies often spit up small amounts of watery milk or slightly curdled milk even after proper burping and holding them upright. Since your baby is active and otherwise well, this pattern is usually normal reflux or “possetting” and is not related to you having paneer or any specific food. You can continue to burp well, hold him upright for 15–20 minutes after feeds, and give slightly smaller but more frequent feeds if needed. As long as he is feeding well, gaining weight, and has normal urine output, this is reassuring. If you ever notice forceful vomiting, poor feeding, reduced urine, or greenish/blood-stained spit, then a full consultation would help assess him in detail. I’m here to guide you further if you’d like a complete review.

Hi Nothing related to your diet, Continue breast feeding, spit ups are common in babies If baby is active, gaining weight with 4-6 wet diaper/ day is absolutely normal All i would recommend is mother to have healthy diet you will be burning more calories during feed than preganency
