Hi, Since its been only 10 days since you have started your medications, it might take some time The medications will heal your infection (TB), however do not skip even a day without your TB medications. Compression # is also due to infection You can consult directly for all your queries and pain management and also some precautions can be advised to you

As per your MRI report there is wedging and retropulsion in spinal canal which are the cause of pain your case. No medicines alone will not help with healing of fracture. Tuberculosis medicine will help with the joint infection and bone will heal once infection is under control. You may take an analgesic for the night pain. Make sure to take proper rest and good diet. You may notice some pain till 2-3 months after starting treatment but do make sure to complete entire course.
