Pain in upper back spine

Hi..had upper back pain last year which lasted for approx 5 month which had severe morning stiffness in d7 and d8 bone..the pain got fixed with medication nucoxia-p and uprise d3..now after 6 month the pain is back in same way...have got my vitamin d level checked its 28.4 ng/ml..x-ray and mri was fine..also i feel tierd every time with lethargy..but i try to do regular exercise everyday...having sitting job with approx 4 hour car travelling daily...pls suggest how to eliminate the pain..

You really need to go for upper back strengthening exercises not just any exercise will solve the problem.
It has to be upper back strengthening exercises particularly.

Eliminate stress and get into physical activity and gym etc can try stretching exercises after long travel to the office drink lots of water during office hours too maintain proper posture and take breaks with stretching exercises
