Post vertebral compression fracture pain

Asked for Male, 49 Years

I got compression fracture of (D12 )10 weeks back, I chose conservative treatment rather than the operation. I still wearing the brass during day ti,. my problem is the pain although I am on zaldiar, mydocalm and brufen 600 mg daily. when could I start having physiotherapy and when the pain will subside. Thank
