Spine and beamer joint problem
Good evening sir/ madam. Often I am feeling pain in my beamer joint with my spine area. I can't even move my leg at that time. But while I walk or do some physical activity that pain will go away. While I am in rest like sitting, sleeping, means that pain (un tolerable pain). Will come again. I can't even able to sit in indian style toilet. But after some physical activities pain is reduced. I am male 38 years old, 5.7 height 89 kg . Body builder, (muscular body).
