Based on the MRI report you have shared i guess you are suffering from back pain.
Is the pain radiating to any if the lower legs?
Danger signs- pain radiating to any of the legs, tingling and numbness, weakness, problems in urinating and defecating, pain while forward bending.
All the above signs mean you will need surgical intervention
