I want to take whey protein but every whey protein has 0.21Gm soy lecithin(acts as instantiating agent for mixing with water) in 1 serving(30gm). I will take it twice a day 1 serving in morning and 1 after workout in night. I have
thyroid and my
TSH level is 2.3. Is it safe for me to take 0.21*2 times = 0.42gm soy lecithin every day. I tried to find whey protein which has no soy lecithin but there is no such whey protein in market.because without lecithin powder will bevome brick in water.I read that the quantity of lecithin in whey protein is very very less and it will not harm. Please tell me is it really very less quantity(0.21+0.21=0.42grm/day) and will not harm me ?
Note :
1.I have thyroid and taking 75 Mg eltroxin every morning empty stomach.
2. I checked and no big brand is providing protein without soy lecithin because it's needed for mixing it with water and I can't buy any other brand bz I don't know about there quality.
