Hi, I had a complete ACL tear with retraction a month(ago based on the MRI) with no damage to MCL,PCL, LCL or the meniscus. only light sprains. Currently and for the past 1 month I have not felt instability and I can pull my leg back about 80%. The injured leg feels heavy. I don't try to run and I can walk without any pain or instability on the injured leg. what does this mean? And can you give me advice on how to not damage my leg further please? Thanking you in advance. :)
