For past few days , I have sore throat.I have difficulty swallowing food and stuff. Plus sometimes when I sleep I have trouble breathing. When I have sneeze , my chest + area above the nose hurts . Please help.

Your symptoms indicates Tonsillitis, and acute allergy of upper respiratory tract. you should take hot vapour inhalation , luke warm water gargle and avoid cold - sour food. If problem persists longer then consult your doctor
