Sore throat
For past few days , I have sore throat.I have difficulty swallowing food and stuff. Plus sometimes when I sleep I have trouble breathing. When I have sneeze , my chest + area above the nose hurts . Please help.

Your symptoms indicates Tonsillitis, and acute allergy of upper respiratory tract. you should take hot vapour inhalation , luke warm water gargle and avoid cold - sour food. If problem persists longer then consult your doctor

Possibly you having upper respiratory tract infection your case has got gud cure do consult good homoeopath and get treated on time before your infection spreads and goes down to affect lower respiratory tract meanwhile have lukewarm water gargle and take plain water steam thrice a day till your cough starts expelling out drink more water as and when possible
