I started working out 2 days ago and immediately after the first workout i have been experiencing extreme muscle soreness and swelling. there is constant pain and any muscle movement increases it dramatically and so my arms have mostly been useless since. keeping them in the same position gives some relief but any movement then starts the pain anew. i have also noticed dark urine all of a sudden from then on.

Post workout muscle soreness happens usually.. In that case now do iceing at painful area for 10-15 min twice a day...
And make sure in future before doing workout you do some warmup exercises and at the end cool down exercises.. Its important
