Exercises for sore muscles
Post swimming, I have sore muscles. I was wondering how I can stretch either before or after, so as to reduce this.

Yes you must stretch your muscles post workout... Be it swimming.. Its important cz with stretch you get immediate muscle relaxation... N before any kind of exercises go for warmup sessions this too will help..
