Sometimes when I brush my gums bleed from last 4-5 days. I have spotted some stone type thing on 2 of my teeth n tried to break them by finger n blood came out of that. Due to covid i can't visit a dentist. I am tensed what to do by myself so that the stone is removed and blood also doesn't come. Plz suggest.

COVID protocol is being followed at dental clinics. So no need to worry.
Till such time that you get scaling done, you may gently massage your gums with your finger twice a day using a gum paint. Warm salt water gargles also help .
Next Steps
Pl get scaling done with a Dental Surgeon.
