I have been bleeding through my stool for almost a month now...most of the time I experience constipation, my diet is mostly good but I don't hydrate as often. . There are also lump kind of around my anal area and the part also itches sometimes, it's probably haemorrhoids but I have been taking sitcom forte tablet as prescribed by my physician but the moment I stop taking it the bleeding starts the next day.

Constipation, painful defecation and lumps around the anus can occur with hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, but bleeding continuing for a month should not be assumed to be piles without examination.
Please increase fluids and fibre, avoid straining and prolonged sitting on the toilet, and get a proper anorectal examination. Persistent/recurrent rectal bleeding may require further evaluation depending on examination findings.
Kindly consult a General surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.

You have already mentioned one reversible reason which can help you....that is hydrate yourself well.
Use fiber rich food.
Avoid oily spicy food
Sitz bath
Sitcom forte is used to treat internal and external hemorrhoids (piles), control rectal bleeding, reduce swelling, and relieve pain, itching, and discomfort.
If even that fails to help you, better to undergo haemorrhoidectomy ( surgical removal of pile)

Keep hydrated as well because if you have good fibrous diet intake ,but without water or liquid , not absorbed properly and causes bloating ,burping and gas.sitz bath 2 times a day.
