I was doing wheel roller abs excise and my abs got stretched and this marks is there form lower left  side of chest cross to abs to other side

Do Icing over that area if pain is there and start with isometric core first...If pain and swelling continues then consult nearby Doctor...

Do ice therapy for 10 - 10 times thrice a day. Do only stretching exercises of diastasis, and thorasic muscles. Keep rest and avoid roller and crunches exercises.

Hi this could be a muscle strain . Stop all the ex and consult physician for medication . Apply ice . Once pain and inflammation subsides then u can start with Physiotherapy

It looks like a strain and some internal inflammation. I suggest you to see a general physician n take medication to reduce inflammation. U can do icing and for a while stop your abs workout as it will put further strain on Ur strained muscle.

First you have to stop exercise, Use Ice pack regularly 3-4 time If left than consult nearest physiotherapy center  .

Hai u haven’t mention us whether u have any pain due to the muscle stretch if so kindly after applying ice pack have ultrasound therapy for few session which will give you some relief too
