Some doubts about pcod
As I have pcod... m maintaining a diet and doing exercise in a regular basis... So i have searched many articles about pcod n also have watched a lots of videos about diet for pcod n exercises etc etc.. As starchy food should be avoided in pcos ...all types of sugar But can't i take 1 Apple or 1orange per day.. Is there any problem will arise by intake of fruit .. m vegetarian n i only depend upon veggies n fruits... I m so much confused about what to eat or not because many articles have many exceptions... some tell to eat fruits n some tell not to eat ... so which is good or bad please help me !!! I want to be normal ... n i want to have a baby also... don't want any complications in the future

As long as you are eating balanced natural food you don't have to worry. Fruits are very safe. Try organic variety. Big culprits for hormonal disturbance are packed foods that we purchase from grocery store and the food the we eat out. Control these and you will be fine.
