Yes. Medicine can give some symptomatic relief. Try using nasal decongestants and antihistamines for few days eg tab Levorid-D at night time for a 5 days . And then continue intranasal corticosteroid (Flutiflo nasal spray) and saline nasal drops(nasoclear nasal drops) from next 2-3 weeks.
Next Steps
Get a diagnostic Nasal endoscopy done if no relief after few weeks.
