It is always better to consult a mental health practitioner instead of making self diagnosis. It will help you to reach to an evidence based conclusion along with a solution.

social anxiety is a deep rooted problem. the symptoms are just to tell you something deep down in your mind is bothering you. with a little more history it can be found out and treated completely.
Through experience I feel we should not go by diagnosis plainly by reading on internet. But the good thing is you have taken a step to seek professional assistance. I know how fear of being evaluated in social situations can feel like, but trust me there is a definite solution available. Consult a Clinical Psychologist so that your problem can be eradicated from the root . If need be Psychologist will also refer you to a psychiatrist. You can contact me or any Psychologist on this portal for any further clarifications.
Hi If you are confirm about what kind of symptoms you are facing, please try to visit any psychiatrist in your place at the earliest. but all time google won't give you definite response/ answer/ details. it may not be completely applicable to your situation. stay positive take care
