Social anxiety disorder
I am suffering from social anxiety disorder from my childhood days but now its going worse day by day ..now i am 25 yrs old and very reserved kind of person ...completed my post graduation in 2019...spend 2 yrs at home bcoz i dont have any job due to pandemic ..But due to social anxiety disorder i cant focus on my career like what us my goal to do in my life...every time i am anxious and nervous whenever i leave my home or outside at home ...it going worse day by day ...i think i have depression too bcoz i dont like to leave my home Bcoz whenever i socialize myself my heart beat goes up , blood pressure and pulse also rises when anxious in social situation ( symptoms like hot flashes , excessive sweating , too much ghabrahat ) ...i am ok when i was at home So i take opinion from psychatrist online and he prescribed texorap cr 12.5 ( generic ) twice a day which i take from 1 week but still no improvement seen ...how long this medicine takes to fully kick in ? Plz help me 🙏

Atleast 4-6 weeks. Also 12.5 is starting dose you need to followup regularly to get the proper dose if 12.5 doesn't work for you . Also consider cbt sessions which will help you overcome the Anxiety
