Social anxiety and major depression
Taking medication for last 14 years. But never felt full remission. All prescribed medication work for a limited extent. My main concern is balance problem, vertigo, tremor, shaking, slurred speech, forgetfulness, avoid social activities, fatigue, lack of energy, loss of interest in daily life, not getting pleasure in sexual life, mood changes, uncomfortable to perform in public places, suspicious, vision problem, problem in ear, and addicted to clonazepam, hand writing phobia. My professional life is hugely effected. Please help.

Medications can be reviewed whether they are being taken in optimal dosage. Also try regular psychotherapy for the above complaints.
