Halo - Although u do not v too much weight but excess visceral fats on belly, hips which r prone to get deposition. now since long days u would v improper diet/ food habits like junk,fast foods. so take more whole grains, brwon great,brown rice. always more fibres, oil only 2 tsf 20 ml. no butter, cheese, ghee,dalda,trans or saturated fats. dynamic life styles, Max .activities, yoga,poses, small but frequently low calorie meals can help u. no day time sleep,try work as much possible.
Your weight is not much but still if u have belly fat u need to reduce it through diet n exercise. Write me on personal chat for counseling
