Small lump on cheeks
Hi, I noticed a small lump on my right cheek. My teeths overbite. Is it cancer ? I touched it so much that there is redness now. I am a hypochondriac. Very much scared. Picture attached.

It's due to constant irritation from cheek bite .Get the sharp  cusp smothened .Not to worry .

Welcome to Practo I advice you to apply coconut oil or topical dentogel ointment in the lump  for 5 times a day applied for 10 minutes and wash it and verify the teeth which is involved or interfere in the occlusion while chewing and trim the sharp cusp consult me for further details thank you.

Good morning, Do not worry.  It is a common thing,  which happens to anyone who has bitten their lip hard. It's a simple thing.
Next Steps
It has to be removed by a dentist or a surgeon or a laser specialist.
Health Tips
get it removed so that it won't bother you again.  otherwise it keeps interfering while eating and you may keep biting on it regularly.

This might be because of cheek biting due to your upper or lower wisdom tooth .so please check weather your wisdom tooth is troubling you while eating.!
