Slim and no glow on face

M very slim and no glow on face and skin. Also according to my height I think my weight is less. Need to put on some weight to look healthy and feel energetic. Plz suggest some good diet chart to follow.

DO THESE : 1, add in your daily meals more quality rice like basmati, take 3-4 days Khchdi/dalia etc. 2. Add 2-3 pcs of potatoes, sweet potatoes, & other green whole skin vegetables, like papaya,gourds all. 3. takle 2-3 pcs of biz size banana like in breakfast & other off time ,also may add grapes, take 50gm two time dry fruits like almond, cashew ,dates, 4. some good juices like nut lassi, mango juices, etc.Home made fried rice/polao/ biriyani are also high calorei weight gain foods. 2 times soups one before LUNCH & next before Dinner are hepful. 5. lastly no stress , sleep as much as possible 10 pm to 7 am - or 8- 10 hors in a day. also try to be activities oriented so that you can feel hunger & tired to fall asleep at night for dee sleep.

Hi, I understand your concern. For glow on skin, keep yourself well hydrated. Have lots of fresh fruits. Have green tea n reduce stress levels by relaxing n having a good quality of sleep. For weight gain have heavy dinner comprised of lean meat, cereals n veggies. Don't skip meals have wholesome foods. Have eggs, fish, lean meat, milk and it's products regularly.

You have to take a balanced diet which includes adequate amount of carbohydrates proteins fat vitamins minerals water
