Hj Good morning, r u stressed out a lot in your project over a long period. Looks like u r overwhelmed in your work and require a amount of sleep and rest. Rake a break from your regular routine of work , Relax and have some fun in life.
I'm sure you would get some benefit out of it. Of it persists do consult a Counsellor to come out of that.
