Hello few days back was suffering from sleeplessness so my doctor recommended alprax 0.25 to take whenever it is required I took for 3 days I need to stop it as I don't want to make it a habit and also getting headache because of that can I stop from today

Plz try to follow good sleep hygiene steps . Do consult a Psychiatrist to find out cause of sleeplessness as it’s a symptoms and not a diagnosis. Thanks
