I've been fighting depression for past few days now. Having sleepless nights and also get emotionally imbalance sometimes. I do not feel like eating or drinking and feel fatigue even with the small amount of work I do. I am also unable to concentrate on anything that I do. Need some help to fight this situation

It is not easy to fight depression without help. I would suggest you take help from psychiatrist or cognitive Behavior therapist to assist your condition
