Sleeping problem
When i went to sleep my mind is not get relaxed means many types of thoughts are revolving, and in the morning when i wake up ,it looks like i was slept some time ago and not feel freshness and relaxed, i feel like tired.

Could be anxiety neurosis.. Don’t worry this can be easily managed by medication..
