Hello
I'm 27 weeks pregnant .
I usually sleep to my left side.. but sometimes when I wake up I notice that I'm sleeping on my right.
Also, sometimes I find myself sleeping on my back during the sleep.
Is it alright if I change positions in sleep & turn to right or sleep on my back?

Hello , whenever your awake try to sleep on left side. It's okay and it's absolutely normal if change sides while in deep sleep . Infact you can not always lie on left lateral position it would be uncomfortable for you.
So relax.
Just make sure while getting up you are on left lateral position
