Sleeping position in pregnancy
Hello I'm 27 weeks pregnant . I usually sleep to my left side.. but sometimes when I wake up I notice that I'm sleeping on my right. Also, sometimes I find myself sleeping on my back during the sleep. Is it alright if I change positions in sleep & turn to right or sleep on my back?

Hello , whenever your awake try to sleep on left side. It's okay and it's absolutely normal if change sides while in deep sleep . Infact you can not always lie on left lateral position it would be uncomfortable for you. So relax. Just make sure while getting up you are on left lateral position Regards Dr Prajakta Mahajan Fertiflix Women's Clinic Pune
