Sleeping more than 9 hrs (3am-12pm)
I sleep 9-12 hours. Sleep time is worst: 3am-12 pm. I tried changing going to sleep time to around 10 pm - 12 am but I woke up around the same time. If I sleep at 10-11 pm and try to wake up before my natural waking time (11am-12pm), I feel out of senses and sleepy. Body hurts after long sleep. I want to change my sleep cycle to 6-8 hrs from 12-6 am. How can I do that.
