Hi... Ideal sleep time is 7 hours in a day. If it is going beyond 10 hours than you are likely to feel tired as your body is getting too much rest which is also unhealthy. Try to start exercising for 1-2 hours, your sleep will eventually come back into order. Any kind of exercise/sport which makes your body completely sweat out will work well. Also, if this excess sleep is due to some psychosocial factors, you will need Counselling to address those issues.
