Hello, follow a proper diet & lifestyle for a proper sleep. 1. Finish your dinner by 7pm 2. Go to bed early 9.30-10pm 3. Do not watch any gadgets 4. Make your room comfortable weather and avoid bright lights 5. You can listen to some podcast or stories while sleeping but do not watch videos. It's better to read before bedtime. 6. Wake up early morning and avoid long day naps 7. Do your exercises regularly - be physically active These would help you.. if complaints persist better to consult.
