Sleep problem
Hi dr.    Everything was normal, but last night when I was trying to sleep suddenly felt that my breath stops and start. I felt this many time and could sleep at 4am in the morning.Same is happening in day time nap today. I have no fever,no cough,no diabetes. No history of illness. I measured BP, found 124/89 Body weight 104kg Body hight 5'7" Age 32 Kindly suggest me.

It appears to be sleep apnoea. When you sleep your breathing pipe gets narrow due to fat. Body gets less oxygen and therefore it appears like breathing has stopped.

You need to do a sleep study. You are obese. This is due to OSA sleep apnea. Do you snore?
