My friend aged 19 M. Is suffering from insomnia from 2-3 months. His mind was disturbed and he had hypertension and stress. Pls suggest any herb or advice in Ayurved.

Since he is just 19years old,insomnia hypertension as what u say,seems like it needs urgent attention.. kindly meet your nearest doctor asap..there can  be underlying cause which is frequently kidney issues.

He can take 1 cup of Chamomile tea 30 mins before sleep as it helps in relaxing nerves and entire body Do Anulom-vilom pranayam and Left nostril breathing for 5 mins each before sleep as they help in reducing stress and relaxes the body Regular exercise can also release endorphins reduces stress and physical exertion induces good sleep He needs to keep away from any electronic gadgets like phone, TV, laptop 30 mins before sleep as the light emitted by these can disturb the sleep hormone too
