I am having sleep deprivation for past many months. This has aggravated now. I have tried everything from Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam and physical excercises. But nothing works. I over think a lot and may be having anxiety issues. Request you to please suggest what should I do - clinical hypnotherapy, CBT or take homeopathic medicines. What other therapies you can suggest. Please help and support
