Sleep deprivation
Hello. I'm a BPO associate and I work in night shift on daily basis (6pm-4am). I usually go to bed after work, around 4.15 am. But from past few months, I'm not able to fall asleep even after 30-40 mins. After waking up, I still feel sleepy and irritable despite of having 7-8 hours of sleep. I can't concentrate on my daily tasks and my ability to focus and remember things is greatly reduced. I keep forgetting things along with lack of concentration. I also get awake multiple times during sleep. Kindly needed a solution. Thanks.

Your circadian cycle has been broken , this results in high levels of triglycerides in blood and low B12 and low D3, due to all these reasons you are having sleep disturbances , with appropriate herbal medicines , your sleep wake cycle can be completely restored, but you need to take treatment at the earliest as later on you can get metabolic syndrome.
