Hi, You should follow a protein rich nutritious diet. Your ideal body weight range should be 67-70 kg, as your height. The reason behind not gaining weight and other information like dietary habits, disease if any, etc are need to know,by one to one discussion. You can include good quality and quantity protein like soyabean, dahi/ yoghurt, paneer, cashew, almond, egg, fish etc.
