I am planning to take - Walnuts Almonds Sunflower Seeds Chia Seeds Flas Seeds everyday along with Oats. Will it be too much? Or have any side effects? Also any suggestions regarding how shall i take these? P.S. - My current problems include PCOD, and Recurrent Perinary Abscess, Too Much Hairfall, Skin Rashes and Acne.

Hello, Yes you can take all seeds like 2 walnut,. 4 almonds, 1tsp og chia seeds,,1tsp sunflower seeds, 2tspflaxseeds everyday but that all should be overnight soaked and take all in empty stomach before 1 hour of taking breakfast.
