Hey Young Tbdoc
Firstly, have a little faith in your own establishment hospital Dermatologist as these are the docs moulding you.
Can always take a second opinion here or anywhere else.
Secondly, this is an Acute Urticaria nee Hypersensitivity issue.
Take 2 Fexofenadine tabs at a time post a small snack and drink lots of water (hydrate well)
Avoid taking any NSAID and write down all the stuff you are allergic to and make a small laminated card and carry this with you going forward.

Health Tips
Avoid OTC products, home remedies, self medication and Dr Google's suggestions 🙏
From your history, this appears more like a drug-related allergic reaction (urticaria/angioedema) possibly triggered by Combiflam (ibuprofen + paracetamol). The itching, tiny eruptions, facial swelling, and lip swelling suggest a hypersensitivity reaction.
Next Steps
✔️ Avoid taking Combiflam or similar NSAIDs for now
✔️ If swelling of lips, face, breathing difficulty, or worsening rash occurs, please visit the hospital/ER immediately as allergic reactions can sometimes progress
✔️ You can also take an online consultation with me so I can guide you further regarding medication and precautions.
Helpful Tip
Drug allergies can recur if the same medicine is taken again, so it’s important to note this drug as a possible trigger and avoid self-medication in the future.
