Skin disease- pimple like spots on back
My brother sarthak having pimple like things on his back and on somewhat less but on chest legs and hand also. Please consult and tell me what to do and what is the disease.

These white bumps can be comedones/ milia or some kind of infection too... Comedones/milia are generally painless, itchless bumps caused due to congestion of pores caused by excessive oily skin or sweating. A detailed history will help me better to understand the situation.
