Pimples on lower back. Both side of waist in lower back. forming black spots. Same with upper hand..

Hi Back acne is usually a stubborn and resistant to  treat acne. Do make healthy changes to your lifestyle and add lots of fruits and vegetables to your diet. quit smoking and do exercise at least 5 days in a week. Use a salicylic acid based body wash in the shower. do consider meeting a dermatologist as they can advise you on the oral medicines that can reduce new acne significantly.
