This history of itching more at night with rashes on hands, legs and body is highly suggestive of scabies (mite infestation) rather than a simple allergy.
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution:
• Itching may continue for 1–2 weeks even after treatment (normal)
• Do not use steroid creams alone → can worsen condition
• Maintain hygiene and avoid sharing clothes/towels
