My son's milk still not fallen and permanent teeth's are coming behind them. Size is almost half and permanent teeth are not showing any signs of falling. He is six years and five months old. Should I see a doctor and if so what treatment would they prescribe? Upper tooth seems normal

Hello ma'am/sir, when I look at the photos it looks absolutely normal, usually the permanent teeth comes when the milk teeth falls because of the lifestyle we live right now we consume almost all the soft foods as we also give everything soft and easy chewable foods to kids so the milk teeth doesn't do much of the work so it stays stronger more than it's time so I would suggest you to give your kid the raw vegetables like cucumber and carrots and stuffs like that so the teeth does the strong work and also it will help in strengthening his teeth.
Next Steps
when things settle down around us, I would advise you to have a consultation with your dentist and get it examined.
