Hi The fact that the permanent teeth have erupted without exfoliation of the corresponding milk teeth seems to indicate that the teeth will be getting crowded and might also be more susceptible to decay due to food lodgement and impaired efficiency of oral hygiene.
Next Steps
It would be advisable that you consult a dentist or an orthodontist and for the options available to you.
Health Tips
It is best to get the necessary treatment as delay can eventually complicate things and necessitate more invasive options to be exercised.

Which tooth r retained (milk teeth)  front or back ? Treatment is based on whether its affecting your function, aesthetics or phonetics. Post images clinically or x ray if possible.  Keep smiling :)

Consult an Orthodontist for a proper treatment plan. Get a x-ray and cephalogram done since they are required by the orthodontist.

Hello. You need to get x ray done to check if permanent teeth are present under the milk teeth. Or in case they are already in the mouth then it is best to get milk teeth removed. Braces may not be the only option to close the gap.   Please visit dentist and get the treatment done,

Weather there are any other options other than extraction will depend on various factors ranging from the existing position of teeth to the x Ray position of the milk teeth and permanent teeth with relation to each other and if there is any root resorption of milk teeth consult your dentist for best options
