Shaky Milk teeth at 4.5 years old
My 4.5 year old has 2 shaky teeth. Isn't it too soon for milk teeth to fall? She has not had any injury but the bottom 2 teeth are shaking. Is there anything we can do to ensure those teeth do not fall out. Any supplements we can give? She is scared to bite into anything due to fear of pain in teeth.

Hello If there is no history of trauma to those teeth, you need not worry. Some kids get their permanent teeth faster than usual. Let them fall on their own.
Next Steps
in case of severe pain you can consult a pediatric dentist

Its natural if there was no trauma. And if the baby is not eating properly due to that particular teeth than you need to visit nearest dentist ASAP.

No need to worry about it. If milk tooth is mobile then no need to fix them, let them shed. Because if we try to fix them it will ultimately hinder with permanent tooth Eruption. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance.

Child might have trauma unnoticed by parent's...no effort should be made to fix mobility of primary teeth as it hinders eruption of permanent teeth..consult local dentist by radiographic assessment to rule out etiology...wait and watch if nothing relevant found

Generally, milk teeth start falling at the age of 6 and lower front teeth are the first to fall. So nothing to worry about there are variations 1to 1and half years. Its normal.
