Hi, my daughter is of 12 years old. Her one of the Milk teeth had broken into 75% and remains 25% of teeth left as it is . No pain , what should we do

Hello, First of all Don’t worry the scenario is very common. if 75% of tooth structure is lost, the pulp must be exposed and inflamed , there is a procedure called pulpotomy, that helps preserve pulp present in root , and helps in preserving blood supply to roots instead of going for full rct . I suggest you to upload some pictures, and get a x-ray to properly diagnose the tooth.
