Single umbilical artery
Hi ,I am 20 weeks pregnant..in my 16th week early anamoly scan it was found that umbilical cord has only 2 vessels instead of 3...my nt scan and double marker is normal..but my Doppler scan shows increased resistance in uterine arteries and low papp a value...till now growth is normal but I want to know will this single umbilical artery and increased resistance in uterine arteries cause any problems in my pregnancy...will my baby be normal? I am on ecosprin 150mg from 12 weeks...plz clear my doubts I am in lot of stress due to this...
