Hello! Have apple cider on alternative basis. But do rinse your mouth properly after having it as it can cause tooth decay(because of its acidic nature). Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Yes ACV is good for fat reduction, and the one with mother culture is a prebiotuc, but it does aid gastritis too....so don't take it on empty stomach

Apple cider vinegar is good for fat reduction but one need to consider his health issues too. There are different medical issues in which it’s not recommended. Even if taken excessive than also it’s not healthy for teeth. Better to add things after your analysis and as per your bodily requirement only not on random basis

Gud morning if it's taken in limitation it won't cause any side effects, so try to have it in limitation, try to have atleast 3days in a week one time  30mins prior to exercise early morning. If any further questions pls connect through practo app.
