Every drug has a side effect. Please take medicine in case of extreme condition as they give only symptomatic relief.Get an evaluation done for the cause and once cause is detected then start the treatment.

Very long answer. It will be better if you consult the Doctor who prescribed intermittent frequent use of Tramadol.

Not really harmful for your kidneys and liver unless overdose happens. However, i aould suggest you to get yourself evaluated for the proper cause of your pain, rather than having painkillers every now and then. Sometimes, tramadol can cause serotonin syndrome and rhabdomyolysis, which can be fatal, but definitely qith overdose or abuse.

Dear Patient, Tramadol is a pain medication that can be effective for managing moderate to severe pain. However, long-term or off-and-on usage should be approached cautiously due to potential side effects. Common side effects include nausea, dizziness, constipation, and drowsiness. Over time, it can also cause dependency if not monitored. Regarding its effects on the kidney and liver, tramadol is metabolized in the liver and excreted by the kidneys. Prolonged or excessive use may strain these organs, particularly if there are underlying conditions. A detailed evaluation of your liver and kidney function through tests like LFTs (Liver Function Tests) and renal function tests is recommended. Your recurring chest and back pain need thorough evaluation to identify and address the root cause, rather than relying solely on pain management. I strongly advise a private consultation for a comprehensive assessment and a personalized treatment plan. Feel free to reach out to me at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two to schedule your consultation. Your health and well-being are my priority!
