I am shy person and has a low confidence, i am unable to speak freely with any one, i am very reserved type of person, unable to talk freely in public or in group of peoples...i cannot keep my opinions in public, it becomes very difficult for me to defend my side and it becomes very hard for me to say no to anyone,i get botherd with this problem very much..i request you to pls suggest me some homeopathic medicine to build confidence...i am very sensitive type of personality...i have discussed with many allopathic doctors but do not got any solution.
