Shyness, fear of public speaking
I hv a problem while delievring speech in public. It feel like stage is trembling. I am a very shy person. Not able to communicate my thought. Lack of self confidence. Always second guessing myself. Fear of being alone, death of close person, insecurity, easily get angry,etc. I prefer salty things mostly junk food and in sweet things i like choclate and ice- cream.
