My mother is having shoulder pain. She is unable to lift her hand upwards and also she is having little swelling. She is unable to walk for atleast 10 minute also and she is also having weekness. Please suggest what should I do?

1.Shoulder pain with swelling can occur because of many reasons.I would say visit a physiotherapist,under her guidance your mother will recover soon.
2.For weakness,(if she is not diabetic )give glucose water /pomegranate juice ,along with diet changes
3.Protein rich diets like Paneer,egg can be given

According your complaint she is suffering from rotators cuff tendinitis.
So avoid all activities from affected hand.

b. rotators cuff strengthening exercise with orange colour resistance band.
c. periscapular stabilisation exercises.

Shoulder problems aggravate if the shoulder is kept immobilised hence gentle mobilisation exercises has to stay
